The Challenge

To create a cohesive and compelling brand, messaging platform and leasing campaign for one of Australia’s largest urban transformations — one that spoke to government, business, community and culture, all under a single precinct vision. Completed in partnership with WordSearch Australia.

Our Approach

We worked closely with key stakeholders — from council to commercial partners — to shape a place-led brand that reflected the precinct’s scale, diversity and ambition. The result was a confident identity system and messaging platform that brought clarity and consistency across signage, campaigns, civic spaces and digital touchpoints.

The Outcome

A place brand that unified voices, elevated Parramatta Square’s presence and helped attract anchor tenants including Deloitte, KPMG, Westpac and NAB. Parramatta Square has become a new civic and commercial landmark.
